Our Engineering team owns the core platform and is responsible for shipping reliable, scalable software.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will take full ownership of product areas and:
- Lead discovery sessions and translate user needs into actionable specs
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyze usage data to drive data-informed decisions
- Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on schedule
- Represent the product in cross-functional leadership meetings
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript, or similar backend languages
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong grasp of system design, databases, and API development
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Working hours
10:00–19:00 (1 hour break) / Core hours 11:00–16:00
Bonus system
Performance-based bonus paid twice per year (June and December).
Range: 1–6 months of monthly salary based on individual and company performance.
Overtime
Discretionary labor system applies. No fixed overtime; work style managed by employee. Estimated 20 hours/month equivalent paid as fixed overtime allowance.
Paid leave
20 days of paid annual leave (prorated in first year).
Unused leave can be carried over up to 10 days to the following year.
